The Gull’s View is located on the east side of the venue, overlooking the Manasquan Inlet and neighboring docks. Wraparound windows showcase sweeping waterfront views, while floor-to-ceiling retractable glass doors open to create a breezy, open-air experience. The doors, along with a set of French doors, lead to a private waterfront patio for guests to enjoy.
The space includes up to X 72” round tables, white linens and napkins, gold Chiavari chairs, a mobile bar, and a private restroom.
The Inlet Room

The Inlet Room extends over the venue’s farthest point over the water, offering panoramic views of the Manasquan Inlet. Wraparound windows fill the space with beautiful coastal scenery, while retractable waterfront glass panels open to the patio and beyond, creating an indoor-outdoor experience without the risk of inclement weather.
The space includes up to X 72” round tables, up to X high-top tables, white linens and napkins, gold Chiavari chairs, up to two mobile bars, and a fireplace display.
The Sunset Ballroom

The Sunset Ballroom is our largest event space, located on the west side of the venue with sweeping views of the Manasquan Inlet and neighboring docks. Tall windows frame the water and offer a stunning backdrop for golden-hour sunsets. High ceilings, modern chandeliers, a spacious wood dance floor, serpentine bar and lounge area, and a working fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The space includes up to X 72” round tables, white linens and napkins, gold Chiavari chairs, and silk floral centerpieces.
