DAY-OF COORDINATION-
No, you will have an assigned Wedding Coordinator and Maitre’d that will be on-site the day of your wedding. They will be responsible for executing the details outlined in your final details. However, some couples do wish to hire a floral and event designer.
LOCAL ACCOMMODATIONS-
Upon booking, you will be provided with a full list of preferred vendors for lodging, shuttle services, and more. Couples are required to make their own reservations and provide the necessary details to your Wedding Specialist regarding transportation timelines. Please note: each hotel / lodging is dependent on the availability during peak (May - October) season. Your Wedding Specialist will assist in connecting you with the best accommodations available.
PARKING | VALET | SHUTTLE-
Valet parking will be avilable for all guests. For those who don’t wish to utilize this, can self-park in The Wharfside parking lot located across the street as well as available street parking. Cars utilizing valet will be parked in the lot by the Chefs International office.

Yes! Our Harbor Point preferred vendor list includes our most reputable vendors, including limousines and shuttles. Please note: typically Memorial Day - Labor Day reservations will be booked quickly, so be sure to make that a top priority after booking lodging.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT-
Please make note of your deposit payment schedule outlined in your wedding agreement. We only accept cash or check. (We do not automatically deduct payments).

A meeting with your Wedding Specialist to finalize your counts and details will take place two weeks prior to your event. Final payment by cash or check will be due at the completion of your meeting.

Once the final payment is received, no refunds will be offered due to cancellations or no-show guests; however, we are able to accommodate additions.
VENUE AMENITIES-
As each wedding will be the only event hosted on the property that day, you are welcome to utilize the property for photographs ahead of time. The bridal suite will be available 3 hours prior to the start of your event. Should you require more time, you may consult with your Wedding Specialist for additional suite packages.

GETTING READY-
Our Bridal Suite and Gentlemen’s Lounge will be available to you and your party up to 3 hours prior to your guests’ arrival. Additional room time is available as part of our Point & Pinnacle Harbor Suite Package options. Please inquire with your Wedding Specialist for more details.

Outside food and alcohol are not permitted. We have additional food and beverage offerings in our Harbor Suite packages. Please inquire with your Wedding Specialist for details.

All belongings can stay in the Harbor Suite for the duration of your event. Should you like the suite to remain locked, just ask your Maitre’d.
CEREMONY-
All ceremonies include room reservation, chair set-up, coordination, processional assistance, and enhanced water station. Any additional treatments will come from your designer or florists. Nothing can be mounted onto the windows, walls, or ceilings. Open access to the deck is available for your guests’ enjoyment.

For those who are not getting married on the Harbor Point property but wish to utilize the Gull’s View Room as their plan B ceremony option can do so. The requirements are as follows: A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 to reserve the space is due no less than 48 hours prior to the wedding date.

No, Harbor Point does not provide the officiant; however, you are welcome to check our list of preferred vendors for officiant recommendations.

On average, we will allot 30 minutes. If you require additional ceremony time, please advise your Wedding Specialist so that your timeline is accurate.

You are welcome to coordinate any type of music. We ask your musician or DJ to provide their own speaker and AV equipment. Please see our preferred vendor list for recommendations.

No, we do not. Please coordinate with your designer or florist if you wish to have an arbor at your ceremony.

Gold Chiavari chairs are included in your ceremony set-up fee. We set them up Cathedral style.

Rehearsals on the Harbor Point property are subject to availability. It is best to have your officiant present to go over any details. There is no fee for the ceremony practice. If arrangements can’t be made prior, your Wedding Specialist will coordinate a day of rehearsal. Please ask your Wedding Specialist for availability.
cOCKTAIL HOUR-
For cocktail hour, we provide two mobile bar stations, and will staff according to your guest count.

The number of bar service team members will be determined by your final guest count (an average of 1 per 50-75 guests).

Standard cocktail hour set-up includes approximately 4-6 high top tables and 4 low top tables. We can customize the layout to your preferences as well as based on guest count and food station selections.

RECEPTION SET-UP-
Harbor Point will provide 72” round tables, gold Chiavari chairs, white linens, white napkins, and all serving ware. House centerpieces (silk florals) including table numbers are available upon request. Any further decorations are your responsibility to provide for the reception.

Our cake table is a custom white column table on wheels if you choose a center stage cake cutting. Our beautiful mirrored sweetheart table with gold trim is 6ft in length. Round Guest Tables are 72” (seating 10-12 guests comfortably). We will create a custom floor plan for you.

Light set-up is included. If we are helping, we ask that you prepare everything in advance for a quick set-up. For example, taking off stickers and plastic wrap off items and providing clear labeling on boxes of decorations with helpful notes and pictures is much appreciated!

Yes, we are present to communicate with all your vendors. We suggest you share your Wedding Specialist’s contact with your vendor team ahead of time so they are aware of the space prior to your special day. We will be able to assist them, answer questions, and direct them to where they need to be.

We do not allow confetti, loose glitter, sparklers, fog machines, cold pyrotechnics, candelabras, or Chinese lanterns.

Yes, open flames are permitted if the flame is covered by a votive or similar vessel to prevent wax melting onto table linens.

You will make an appointment with your Wedding Specialist to drop off all your accessories the week of your wedding date. We cannot hold any items prior to that.

Yes, we can order any special linens for you and add the costs to your event financials. Please ask your Wedding Specialist for further information.

Yes. If you bring your own linens, we ask that they are pressed, fresh, and ready to go.
RECEPTION SERVICE & MENU-
Wedding tastings are typically scheduled 6 months prior to your wedding day. The tasting is complimentary for up to 6 guests (including the couple). Please coordinate a date and time with your Wedding Specialist.

You are encouraged to set up a complimentary cake tasting with our preferred vendor, Mueller’s Bakery. Your Wedding Specialist will then help coordinate delivery and placement.

Final headcount is due 2 weeks prior to your event. Your numbers can increase but not decrease at that time. With the guidance of your Wedding Specialist, you will includethe number of adult meals with how many of each entrée selection, teen meals (guests under 21 having the adult meal), kid meals, and vendor meals. Please note: teen meals, kid meals, and vendor meals are not included in your minimum requirement and are at a different price point.

As part of our dinner service, servers will come to the table and confirm all pre-ordered dinners. The couple is to provide a final meal count broken down by tables 2 weeks prior. All special requests will be handled at that time (allergies, restriction, etc).

We staff our events to the number of guests you have. There is approximately one server per 20-25 guests.

We recommend that you request any allergy/dietary restrictions from your guests on your wedding invitations. Our culinary team will need this information prior to your event to accommodate any needs. Please inform your Wedding Specialist accordingly.
AFTER PARTY-
Please ask your Wedding Specialist about booking your after party at one of our sister-restaurants nearby.

VENDORS-

All vendors must provide a certificate of liability insurance. Vendors will need to submit this to our Wedding & Events team before working your event.

Florists usually arrive 2-4 hours prior to set up, bands/DJs usually arrive 2 hours prior, hair & makeup artists may arrive as early as needed (depending on the space you have reserved for this), and photographers/videographers may arrive as early as requested. Please feel free to connect your vendors with our Wedding & Events team to check specific space/date setup needs, timing, and availability.

We will communicate with your vendors and find a time that works well for them to eat. They will order an entrée option on the day of your event.
